About this artwork
In this vibrant piece, I've harnessed the fluidity of acrylics and the depth of oils to evoke a dynamic interplay of light and shadow. The bold abstract forms symbolize the perpetual dance of concealment and revelation. This artwork, alive with contrasting hues and textures, will infuse any room with a sense of mystery and transformation.

« I am inspired by color and music. »
Ann Thornycroft is an American artist whose paintings have been extensively exhibited in the United States. Her abstract works embrace a dialogue between formal abstraction and the imagery as extracted from observations of nature. Thornycroft is fascinated by the tension between spontaneous and organic elements, as well as geometric ones. Her bold compositions are created using acrylics, oils, and pencils on canvas.
