About this artwork

In this painting, I sought to capture the serenity and gentle embrace of nature. I chose oils to convey the lush vibrancy of a secluded forest, where a simple wooden bridge crosses a tranquil stream. My strokes blend impressionist influences with realism, aiming to invite the viewer into a moment of peace, as sunlight filters through the foliage, casting reflections and speckled light across the water's surface. This piece is intended to evoke a… sense of calm and contemplation, bringing the soothing energies of a forest escape into one's living space.
