About this artwork
Botanical patchwork is picture - fun. I painted it for pure joy and playing with watercolors. An author, Jozef Turek, was inspired by this watercolor and wrote a story that I like very much. I would like to quote fragment here:
Last flight.
Mr. Bird was already old, all his feathers were grey. He felt that the end was near. He took his last flight, spread his wings and closed his eyes. He remembered his life. A vague first memory of the time when… he was still in the egg. The tone of his voice when he was a chick demanding food from his parents.
His first solo flight. After five seconds of gliding through the air, he collided with a fence...
