About this artwork
I painted the watercolors titled "February Abstraction" during the snowmelt. The snow melted and sometimes the sun came out.
This year, our winter was exceptional. It snowed and it was cold, which isn't something we experience often these days. This rather large watercolor you see here is my impression of the end of winter and the beginning of spring. The blue of the sky delights us, the sun dazzles us, and the early warmth surprises us.

Anna Rona lives in Germany but was born and raised in Poland.
