About this artwork
In creating this work, I wanted to combine the visceral energy of expressionism with the tactility of sand. The fusion of acrylic and sand shapes an abstract dialogue, evoking deep emotions. I tried to capture the movement and constant evolution. This work invites contemplation and reflection, bringing a dynamic energy and subtle, yet intense beauty to the environment.

« If I could express myself with words, I'm sure they wouldn't have the same color. For this reason, I paint. »
Anna Tozzi is an Italian artist whose works have been featured in numerous solo and group exhibitions on a national level. With a professional background in graphics and advertising, she felt the need to express her ideas through painting. Tozzi describes her artistic practice as "covering with matter and then discovering". She creates using a combination of glue and acrylics and employs varying tools to engrave lines and shapes on canvas.
