About this artwork
This is a painting I did in the heart of winter. It was slightly cold, and I felt like painting a woman. I didn't know which one. The painting is a close-up of this woman's face as she poses in a costume reminiscent of the 1920s. The technique is acrylic. The paint is applied in very fine strokes and then brushed.
