In creating this work, I tried to capture the vibrant essence and warmth of the Italian village. I used oil to bring to life the vivid texture and brightness of the colors, immersed in the impressionist style that allows for an almost poetic vision. Antonio Di Viccaro (born in 1935), who studied in Lazio and Tuscany, prefers oil painting on canvas. The artist uses a palette knife technique to vividly spread oil, depicting the nature and beauty of Italy without the use of brushes. His works, imbued with a love for the Amalfi and Sorrento coasts, exude vitality and enthusiasm.
