The Striated Pardelote is a small bird that is very noisy in spring time. It frequents open forests and urban gardens. It is common in Tasmania during summer, but avoids the cold by migrating to northern Australia in winter.
This painting is done with premium handmade Kobaien ink and watercolour on fine mulberry bark paper.
The image size is 25.5cm x 35 cm and has been dry mounted by the artist on A3 size Fabriano archival 300gsm paper.
