'' Gornica '' was inspired by the sad history of this magnificent village that is Gordes, which has become a shadow of itself, transformed into a theater set for tourists in need of '' authenticity ''. Deserted by its inhabitants, themselves abandoned by a mayor more interested in power than the general interest. From second homes more luxurious than each other, to abuse of mercenary businesses, to mass tourism in '' inappropriate… '' management, desertification and the death of the village are well advanced.
