Bagzhan Alikhanov Tokhtarkhanuly is a contemporary Kazakh painter based in Astana, Kazakhstan. He received his artistic education at the Kazakh National University of Arts, completing the School of Arts, the College of Fine Arts, and a Bachelor's degree in Painting.
