« I'm interested in negative spaces and the spaces in between. »
Annabelle Shelton is a multidisciplinary artist from the UK. Her work explores negative space and is created using spray paint on aluminum. Shelton's subjects are people stuck in place and random figures floating in white space often taking the form of semi-abstract circles, clusters and lines when bunched together. More recently, she has been working with landscapes that are only partially revealed, composed in negative space.
