The work INSPIRATION is a homage to the poet Hermann Hesse – and to that special moment in which light, nature, and thought resonate with one another. Created after a visit to the Hermann Hesse House overlooking Lake Constance, this painting reflects a deep connection between poetry and painting. The flat, richly textured blue tone dominates the image like a calm lake surface – expansive, tranquil, and open to reflection.
The composition poses… questions—about stability, about inner order, about the fine lines of life. At the same time, it remains open and associative—like a letter whose meaning only unfolds upon second reading.

My artistic work combines a love of color with a fascination for nature, light, and movement. The sea—with its constant interplay of ebb and flow—in particular inspires me to create abstract acrylic compositions. Squares structure the space, provide counterpoints to dynamics, and symbolize clarity amidst emotional depth.
Every work is a dialogue—with the canvas, with life, and with the viewer. I'm not just concerned with aesthetics, but with resonance: my paintings invite us to pause, to feel, to discover new perspectives. Filling the empty space with meaning brings me joy—and hopefully also those who view my art.
