About this artwork
A powerful dance of darkness and glowing colors. This work is inspired by the primal force of nature – by volcanoes whose untamed energy destroys the old to create the new.
The intense reds and magentas flare up, breaking through the deep layers of black and evoking the image of lava flows pulsating in the darkness. The finest structures tell of solidified traces and the transition between chaos and stillness – between ash and light.
This painting… invites us to embrace the rhythm of life: destroying, building, rebirth. A statement of strength, transformation, and the beauty of the unpredictable.
My artistic work combines a love of color with a fascination for nature, light, and movement. The sea—with its constant interplay of ebb and flow—in particular inspires me to create abstract acrylic compositions. Squares structure the space, provide counterpoints to dynamics, and symbolize clarity amidst emotional depth. Every work is a dialogue—with the canvas, with life, and with the viewer. I'm not just concerned with aesthetics, but with resonance: my paintings invite us to pause, to feel, to discover new perspectives. Filling the empty space with meaning brings me joy—and hopefully also those who view my art.
