About this artwork
In this vibrant fusion of acrylic and ink, I've unleashed a symphony of abstract emotion. Layer upon layer, the canvas pulsates with energy; bold streaks dance with whispered hues, crafting a visual beat. It's a celebration of color, life's impromptu rhythms, where every stroke captures a moment of pure, unbridled joy, inviting you to revel in the harmonious chaos. This piece promises to infuse any space with an infectious, spirited zest!
The surface… vibrates with colors of different hue but similar tone layered on top of each other. Little bits of text are scattered throughout the composition in various sizes and styles, along side doodles and scribbles that emphasize the frenetic energy of the painting. In the top right a large set of concentric yellow circles references a beating sun in a more traditional landscape, promoting the idea of the painting representing a landscape of the mind or interior space.

Blake Brasher
United States
« My work is an attempt to suggest possible ways of being. It is a self conscious offering of answers while knowing that answers do not exist. »
Established American artistic Blake Brasher favors a messy, colorful and abstruct style of painting to offer his viewers alternative explanations into possible ways of being. Not satified with conventional explanations of why things are how they are, Blake's vibrant and sometimes brashy works provide a place for meditative thought, or, ideally, no thought at all.
Blake has honed his artistic talents through a number of residencies both in his native America and Europe. His works have featured in numerous solo and group exhibitions in the United States.
