About this artwork
In this work, acrylic paints and embroidery merge to create a symbolic representation of elegance and grace. Figurative elements, expressive faces and the majestic swan reflect a deep admiration for classical ballet. With every brush stroke I wanted to capture the sublime beauty and majesty of movement that this art form exudes. The artwork is intended to spread an atmosphere of inspiration and artistic flair in every home.
The picture was taken… after I attended the world famous ballet "Swan Lake". I was thrilled by what is probably the most famous ballet in music history. The dance fairy tale of an enchanted swan princess who can only be redeemed by the love of a prince inspires ballet lovers all over the world.
Spatula technique, signed on the back and ready to hang. I used fine cotton lace for the dancers' clothing
