I passed by this place near Redwater, northern Alberta, while driving along Highway 28 east to Cold Lake. I was impressed with the dynamic energy of the prairie skies meeting golden fields. Using thick, vivid oil strokes, I conveyed the vastness and movement of clouds as they race across the blue.
