About this artwork
One of the most incredible places I have ever visited is the original IceHotel in Arctic Sweden. A place of such magic and light with the ice glimmering from the ice chandeliers, pillars, sculpted furniture and so on. The bar that year had been sponsored by Absolut Vodka and it alone was worth the trip. This painting was a reflection of how it made me feel as I drank vodka from ice glasses and marveled at the cathedral ceiling. The blues speak…

The beautiful silvered frame reflects the idea of ice, especially with its ridging. This painting carries such joy, and sense of awe, it will shift up anyone’s mood.
