About this artwork
In "Friends in the Forest," I explore human existence in its most primal form: the direct experience of nature. The work springs from the need for joy and lightness that we seek in the stillness of the woods. Here, I visualize a profound psychological metamorphosis in which the male figure sheds the persona of civilization. Natural nudity is enveloped by flowing, organic fabrics, while the limbs merge with the earth—the figures themselves become… roots and branches.
This "interspace" between humanity and vegetation creates a metaphysical tension that simultaneously grounds the viewer and lifts them to the treetops. My tactile oil painting makes this connection physically tangible and reveals the psychological within the organic. Backed by my Akoun certification, this unique piece on Singulart offers a stable foundation of value.

Carola E. Thiele's oeuvre manifests the silence behind the phenomenological world. In her compositions, observation of nature and emotional topographies converge to create spaces of archaic density. Thiele positions her works in the psychological in-between space—that liminal place where the social persona meets the unvarnished human condition.
Her technique, a symbiosis of haptic layering and glazing depth, makes the enigmatic nature of existence physically tangible. Grounded in her studies (HFA Hamburg) and media design, she combines meticulous craftsmanship with conceptual rigor. Her work has garnered international acclaim as a recipient of the London-Kyoto Art Award, as well as through curated exhibitions in New York, London, Paris, and Dubai. Supported by her Akoun certification and top rankings on Singulart, her work offers a stable foundation for collectors who invest in the depth of contemporary figuration.
