Last summer – series: Expressive Cycles
In "Past Summers" I explore the visual dissolution of memory. In my "Expressive Cycles" I address the slippage—the moment when the persona (Jung) enters the unconscious. It is my study of the liminality of time and the human condition.
My mastery is evident in the dissolution of form in favor of haptic color dynamics. The multi-layered brushwork creates a material presence that transforms nostalgia into… a sacred atmosphere.
