About this artwork
Here I present an abstract landscape that evokes for me a springtime. I have created a flow of water, light, and blossoming flowers through colors that blend and overlap. I have incorporated a wool collage to add a living texture, and a few touches of gold leaf that catch the light like glimmers of a new season. My aim is less to represent a place than to convey an atmosphere, a transition, a renewal.
