A forest path like that of the king that leads to his castle! Nothing like dreaming and yet the artist allows you to go from dream to reality.
The artist has lived much of his life in the village of Tanlay which has a magnificent Renaissance castle that was often the setting for filming cloak and sword films. This path leads to this castle which has a real symbolic value because this alley the artist has borrowed thousands of times to go for a… walk with his family not far from the family home. This large, unpretentious family home was sold in 2015 to the great sadness of the artist because this large house was in the family since 1950. She therefore represented this painting to remember the happy days spent in Tanlay, within this family. pretty village in Burgundy, not far from Chablis and its good wines. One way to keep oneself intact and forever memories
