About this artwork
This series of Brush Drawings were "painted" from a live model . I consider them records of the figure occupying one space to the next.
Notations of movement through space, made with a mixture of Primary Colored pigments and gum arabic mixed to a fluid consistency with water and painted on ARCHES Huile archival 100% cotton 140 lb. paper
I left the visible drips along the decaled edges as evidence of process. When showing this piece, I floated… it in a frame to declare the physicality of this process.For the sake of shipping expenses, I would think unframed would be more economical for the collector .
