About this artwork
Another image from my monochrome series.
My photographic art, however, is more than just documenting a snapshot; it transforms my images into emotions and feelings, into a language that speaks with pictures.
In this image, I've once again captured the feeling of a particular moment. The path led me out of the forest. A little further on, towards a snow-covered field, only a few fragments and withered remnants of leaves lay scattered on the snow.… It looked somewhat bizarre and I simply had to capture it in a photograph. I then digitally edited the image and printed it on AluDibond, as the texture of this medium further enhanced the effect I wanted.
The picture is limited edition and will be hand-signed and come with a metal hanging device.
