About this artwork
In this work on paper, I wanted to explore the idea of abstract landscape. The paint itself, as well as the color and texture, suggest nature in transformation. The composition is vigorous and evokes an abstract landscape somewhere between mineral and vegetal. Violet dominates, along with red, pierced by blue.

Anne Marie GINTRAND, painter and designer, explores in depth oil, acrylic and Indian ink. She superimposes layers, creating fascinating transparencies and rich textures. His work, devoid of a preconceived scenario, evolves intuitively, carried by colors and signs. Anne Marie's paintings radiate a subconscious energy, emotions arise spontaneously, as if each brushstroke captured the flash of an ephemeral moment.
