About this artwork
In this work, I explored a mix of acrylic, oil, and pastel to create a landscape of emotions and thoughts. The abstract form and vibrant color palette invite the viewer to immerse themselves in a world of interpretation and self-reflection. Each brushstroke and layer of paint represents my search for expression and understanding of our complex world. This painting is intended to provide an atmosphere of inspiration and energy in any space it adorns,… always inspiring viewers to think beyond what is visible.
Conny Gabora completed his art studies at the Kolbermoor Academy as a master student of Professor Markus Lüpertz. He is a passionate painter and draftsman. He works with a figurative-abstract aesthetic, creating flowing acrylic surfaces and incorporating drawings into them. His works reflect a bold expression of utopia and rebellion against oppressive social realities and illustrate his desire to foreground a 'Pling, pling, superding world.' With a profound view of humanity and society, Gabora holds up a mirror to us, evoking raw, provocative emotions and thoughts.
