The characters depicted dance during a big party. The colorful dots flicker around the room, are part of the patterns of the clothes and are a symbol of the vibrations in the room from music and movement. The composition is vibrant and beautiful. I painted a party with people dancing because I love dancing at parties. In my picture, expressive and abstract elements merge into a lively meeting of figures and colors. With oil paint I painted a scene that is reminiscent of times gone by, but inspired by today. The colorful dots literally dance between the figures and give the room liveliness.
