About this artwork
As with all motifs in the "GENIUS" series, the artist created a spatial motif reminiscent of a museum. You can see the two legendary musicians Yoko Ono and John Lennon. The painting shows their love and their separation. Erotic, Yoko stretches a leg dressed in fishnet stockings out of the picture frame in which her portrait can be seen. On the other side of the picture, John Lennon stands and observes the scene. An empty armchair is in the center… of the picture. The artist chose a penguin as the animal for Yoko, which symbolizes her black or white clothing style. The original painting has already been sold. Therefore, the issue of the LIMITED EDITION starts here as a fine art print, which was worked out by hand by the painter with gold and silver acrylic. Here you can see EDITION number 1. The work is delivered in a white lacquered object frame measuring 60 x 60 x 10 cm.
