About this artwork
Often, it can be forgotten what it is in the mind of a child. We all have been there. Present in the adult world, the hopes, fears and utter confusion of an unformed mind is a daunting state of being. I created the picture with empathy toward this notion, recalling my childhood struggles and, hopefully, to bring an awareness to all adults. It is part of an ongoing series titled, "The Plight of the Children."
