About this artwork
Suspended in a sketch of infinity, between the nascent line and the accomplished work, man drifts out of reality.
The fragile membrane that carries it trembles with an ancestral, almost forgotten life, and under this tenuous breath, it lightens — until it is nothing more than a shiver in the air.
It no longer really weighs anything — it becomes a passage.
Between heaven and flesh, something shifts, fades away, is reborn.
It's a silent metamorphosis:…
Man forgets his heaviness, the insect becomes a world.
And from this improbable balance, a grace is born that nothing can explain.
