About this artwork
I wanted to create Luce as a universal invitation not to hide one's inner truth and the strength that emanates from it.
The woman, an emblem of the human soul in its youth, is immersed in the night, surrounded by the fleeting flashes of distractions and ephemeral pleasures. At the center, she holds the great light: the only source capable of giving her the true clarity to understand life and guide her own path.
This inner light must not remain… hidden, but be elevated and shared. It illuminates the path and is reflected in the faces of those who guard it, making them a mirror of truth and wisdom.
Light thus becomes a silent reminder: recognizing and preserving the clarity that dwells within us is an act of responsibility and beauty. True Light is neither consumed nor dispersed, but grows and transforms those who bear it, capable of guiding and inspiring, illuminating not only their own path, but also that of those around them.
