About this artwork
'Persian Miniature' was shot in 2018 at the World Nomad Games in Kyrgyzstan. The lonely rider returning from battle presented a unique palette of solitude and grace. I wanted to blend the realms of abstract and semi-abstract, a moment for an echo of the past persisting to present. It is designed to evoke a blend of both nostalgia and mystery.
