About this artwork
In this acrylic painting on 640g paper, the flower appears as a luminous presence emerging from a network of organic lines and forms. The rose is not represented as a simple plant motif but as a center of radiance, a space where color and light seem to condense.
I sought to create an image that was both peaceful and vibrant, where the flower became the symbol of an inner energy in motion. The contours and lines surrounding it evoke the invisible… links that connect the outside world to our inner landscape.

« My artistic approach has been intertwined with a psycho-bodily practice for many years. I practice Kung Fu, Tai-chi, as well as yoga, and meditation. »
I am a painter and art teacher in the Rhône Valley. Trained in applied arts in Lyon and then in fine arts at the University of Saint-Étienne, I have been developing a practice centered on drawing, painting, and the exploration of inner landscapes for over thirty years. My work lies at the boundary between figuration and abstraction. Through my series PsychéFleur and Présence, I seek to create simple images, conceived as breaths. Plant forms, lines, and colors become the vehicles for an exploration of presence, breath, and emotion. I live and work in Condrieu.
