About this artwork
In this work, I wanted to capture the ephemeral essence of time through the bird, a symbol of freedom and movement. I used acrylic to bring vibrancy and vibrancy to the colors, creating a striking contrast between the vibrant patterns and the black and white area, which invites reflection. Dayva Achikhman is a Russian artist currently based in France. Her work has appeared in solo and group exhibitions across the country for more than a decade. Using acrylic colors and India ink, Achikhman creates modern, geometric artworks in vivid rainbow pallets as well as black and white. Her works are incredibly detailed and multifaceted varying between abstract forms and concrete subject matter.
