GREAT PLAINS FIRE seem to transport us into the American West, where fiery orange and deep yellow hues ignite vast expanses of tender greens and dense blues punctuated by large flashes of white.
The dynamic composition is marked by triangular elements and determined strokes evokes the rugged peaks of mountains and hints at the rough, untamed wilderness of the frontier.
Highly detailed areas, crafted… with palette knives create a sens of drama, each stroke pulsating with the raw energy of conflict.
Amidst the chaos, there is an unmistakable sense of awe and excitement.
Despite the peril, there is a profound pleasure in simply being alive, as the painting captures the exhilarating essence of life on the edge of the unknown frontier.
It is a tribute to the resilience of the human spirit and the thrill of embracing life's wildest adventures.
Painted on quality acid free paper made especially for painters, framed and ready to hang.
« In the beginning, the mind is as blank as the canvas. Then the hands begin their dance, the heart chooses its colors, and the emotions their expression. »
Delphine Bernard is an artist based in France whose paintings have been widely exhibited in Singapore and Indonesia. She compares each of her compositions as being like a vision or a dream and characterizes her artistic process to being "shamanistic". Bernard creates intuitively, allowing her hands to "dance and play" with colors on the canvas. Her vibrant compositions are created using acrylics on canvas.
