About this artwork
In my wooden sculpture, I create an intimate world, embedded in the natural form of an upright mushroom. The carefully carved little forest house inside the mushroom symbolizes protection and caution, wrapped in the robust, yet gently shaped outer shell. This work embodies a place of retreat that brings warmth and security to every home, and invites you to appreciate the silence and thoughtfulness.
