Shot from my window in a tower block on the edge of St Petersburg.. it was just there before me as i blinked in the cold early morning light 30 minutes later it was all just a dirty black carpark.

British photographer Derrick Santini remembers picking up his mother's old Agfa bellows camera when he was 14 years old. Now an established photographer, Santini seeks to capture the human condition- people in all their beautiful manifestations- in his work. Santini also explores lenticular photography, allowing him to capture and experiment with motion and stillness. Santini's voyeuristic reportage and confrontational portraiture are piercing, joyful, and haunting.
