Smoke in all its incarnations and meanings of, is a wondrous stream of consciousness to behold, fluid and gone the second its created so malleable in is its shape shifting form, like oil in water is smoke in air. Shooting bursts of stills around perceived recognisable forms i amassed a library of incredible natural and supernatural volumes of density, suspended in space.

British photographer Derrick Santini remembers picking up his mother's old Agfa bellows camera when he was 14 years old. Now an established photographer, Santini seeks to capture the human condition- people in all their beautiful manifestations- in his work. Santini also explores lenticular photography, allowing him to capture and experiment with motion and stillness. Santini's voyeuristic reportage and confrontational portraiture are piercing, joyful, and haunting.
