About this artwork
As a teenager who grew up surrounded by skateboarding culture, I must say that I was deeply influenced by this cultural movement. It brought together young people from all walks of life and all genders. And above all, it highlighted the way young people repurposed street furniture. The constant creative spirit essential to practicing your sport, at that time, was forbidden.

Diamond Pete is a French artist and creative. His work can be described as naive and sincere.
