About this artwork
This bronze sculpture embodies the intensity of inner struggle and the quest for freedom. I wanted to capture this moment of tension, a blend of vulnerability and strength, to evoke profound emotion. Placed in your home, it will inspire powerful energy, a reminder of resilience and courage in the face of adversity. This bronze, vibrant with life, tells a story of hope and overcoming adversity.

Credentials
- Works on commission
Didier Becquart, a sculptor and art foundryman, works with clay, wax, and bronze after training at the ESAAT in Roubaix. He blends the study of the body in motion, dance and yoga postures, and the metamorphosis of animal forms in a style that oscillates between power and subtlety. His works seek to reveal the dialogue between inner strength and space, expressing tension, momentum, and balance, while celebrating the vibrant and expressive beauty of the human body.
