About this artwork
I wanted to portray a memory of my adolescence spent at the seaside, when the days were marked by the simplicity of small things: a bicycle on the beach, a kite blown by the wind, the scent of the sea and the freedom to run without a care in the world.
Through this image I wish to evoke not only a personal thought, but also the collective desire to rediscover an authentic relationship with nature and the spaces that surround us.
The clean and uncontaminated… landscape thus becomes a symbol of an environment that we would all like to preserve and pass on to future generations.
