About this artwork
After deciding on a fairly small format for the first painting, I opted for the desired format of 60 x 80 cm for the second painting. In addition to decorative stones, rocks, and sand, I integrated wooden discs, a branch, mosaic stones, and a feather into the motif for the first time. With the many different glazes of acrylic paint, ink, and acrylic ink, the color combination of green and orange (copper, bronze) is clearly visible. If you look closely,…
you can of course also see all the other colors. The painting has many different textures, not only on land, but the water also shows waves and circles (created by air bubbles). The motif is clearly recognizable—a Scottish mountain ridge with an elongated hole. Could it be Loch Lomond from above? Who knows—that's entirely up to you.
