About this artwork
This work is a portrait of a young man in front of graffiti, set in an urban scene. I have used a combination of acrylic and oil on stretcher-mounted canvas to create this piece. In artistic terms, I have turned to realism, expressionism and abstraction to achieve a contemporary and vibrant result. The fusion of these styles allows us to capture the essence of urban life and the personality of the subject in a unique and dynamic way.

He is particularly fascinated by the effects of light, which he endeavors to capture through his works. Blanco's distinctive figurative and semi-abstract compositions are most often created using a limited color palette of warm and cold tones with oils and watercolors.
