The original from which the print was taken was from 2009.
"Annemarie" marks a crucial moment in my life's journey. Previously, driven by a fierce desire for independence, I avoided the responsibilities of a family. This desire for freedom led to the end of my relationship with Flavia. But Annemarie, a mother of two children, had given me a piece of my mind and taught me how wonderful it is to have children in your life. Shortly afterwards, she… left me and opened the way to Petra and her two children, through which I discovered the warmth of family life. The painting therefore reflects not only Annemarie's character, but also the profound change she brought about in my life.
