About this artwork
This painting is made using paper glued onto a plexiglass. The edge of the frame is made with different colored fabric that are folded. The fabric, and then the painting frames with the multiple of people in the middle suggest different realities and that an individual is made of multiples.

Emet Sosna is a painter and sculptor based in the United States whose works have been featured in solo exhibitions nationally, in Germany, Iceland, and Italy. One of the central themes in his art is the exploration of the relationship between people and their spaces. Sosna translates this subject matter through imagery that is related to selfhood, as well as real or visionary scenarios.
