About this artwork
Transmutography, another technique I created, in which I digitally change the appearance of the initial images, often photographed by me, and then add resin. In this case, the initial image is that of the famous Chanel No. 5 perfume, with its unmistakable amber color and the very sober and elegant lettering on the label. Around it is the same bottle with its creator inside, the designer Coco Chanel, who chose the fifth blend of aldehyde and ancient…
Russian flavors, proposed by perfumer Ernest Beaux in 1921. At the four corners of the work are four different versions created for the 100th anniversary of her birth, including my transmutography "CINQUE." This transmutography is part of the COCO collection.
