About this artwork
A high-end creation around the old “Jean and Jeanne” rigging which is part of the maritime heritage of the Gulf of Morbihan. An emblematic figure of the sinagos, the characteristic silhouette of this traditional sailboat immediately catches the eye. In this enigmatic painting the work of light was my main objective and the patient work of colors by superimposing layers of paint bore fruit. is based on chiaroscuro and the temperature contrast of the colors used. Sails that benefit from rear lighting radiate and appear to have their own lights. This surreal navigation scene is both captivating and timeless.
