About this artwork
The work is drawn in oil paint using the monotype technique. The image carrier is transparent paper. Corundum, a fine abrasive sand, is worked into the paint so that the drawing has a rough surface and appears wavy and bumpy due to the intensive processing, corresponding to the motifs of the picture.
