With Ignite, I continue the conversation I began in Unravel—not as its opposite, but as an echo in another register. Here, the structure doesn’t give way; it holds steady, channeling energy into a concentrated, glowing centre.
I built the composition on rhythmic diagonals—disciplined, deliberate, a frame of order. Yet at the heart, colour swells and burns. The squares tilt like shifting… tectonic plates, sending out rays of fractured light. For me, the sensation is not of breaking free, but of gathering force—energy drawn inward until it can’t help but radiate outward.
Where Unravel leans into release, Ignite speaks of ignition—the charged stillness before movement, the way pressure becomes potential. It’s about holding the fire just long enough for it to transform, to take shape, to light the room in its own time.
And it leaves me with a quiet question:
What else might be waiting beneath the surface?

I explore the nuances of human experience through bold colour, dynamic brushwork, and fluid forms. My paintings aim to evoke emotional responses and invite introspection. Working under a pseudonym allows me to maintain greater creative freedom and openness in my work without being constrained by expectations or preconceptions about my real name.
At the core of my practice is a pursuit of authenticity. Each work is a spontaneous, personal expression, revealing my thoughts and feelings. I channel the energy of the subconscious directly onto the canvas without planning , as I believe this is essential to maintaining my connection with the raw authenticity of the creative process.
My paintings seek to balance moments of raw power with passages of contemplative calm, mirroring the ebb and flow of lived experience. This interplay aims to invite viewers to engage with the work on a deeply personal level.
Technically, I employ a range of techniques, from thick impasto to fluid gestures, to imbue my abstract forms with depth and emotional resonance.
My hope is that my work can forge meaningful connections with the viewer, challenging the observer to project their own experiences and interpretations onto the canvas.
But for me, the art experience shouldn’t stop at the canvas. That’s why I founded the Connecting Conditional Art Movement (CCAM) aiming to foster authentic human bonds, as I believe this is essential for nourishing the human condition. This philosophy is central to my artistic practice, which seeks to create an empathetic dialogue between artist and audience.
My goal is to craft works that resonate deeply, speaking directly to the heart and mind. Through these spontaneous, authentic explorations, I invite others to embark on journeys of self-discovery within my paintings.
