In meinem Gemälde stelle ich die Ereignisse so dar, als ob sie sich in einem schnelleren Tempo abspielen würden. Das Hauptmotiv, der Sonnenuntergang, ist nur an einigen Stellen sichtbar. Man kann nur vermuten, dass die Sonne in der Mitte des Bildes mit ihrer starken kadmiumorangenen Farbe auftaucht.
