About this artwork
At the center of these works, the sensual and provocative woman, feminine and almost distant… where the world that surrounds her “frames” her in an almost surreal way. Female figures, vibrant with vitality, who bare their dreams and aspirations as modern, spectacular, emancipated, bold and independent women.
The "seduction" is the common thread that links all the works with the female image that rises to an emblem in which a sophisticated and elusive… sensualism remains underground and secret.
A seductive female body, in a dreamy, dreamlike attitude. Covered by a light red robe, from which a young body shines through. Behind him a red circle, active principle and symbol of passion, with a blue triangle, symbol of perfection, sometimes it is surrealist and metaphysical figures which, while framing such beauty, result in stereotyped forms which, precluding rationality, they lead to memories of the mind and dreams.

Ezio Ranaldi, is an artist born in Canosa di Puglia, in the Province of Bari, on May 23, 1948, where he lives and works. He has held many solo and group exhibitions in various cities, including Tarquinia, at the Etruscopolis Museum, in Ferrara at the Estense Castle, in Cannes in France, in Norwich in Great Britain, in Paris, in Bari, and in many other Italian locations. He has participated in various International Biennials including Rome, Florence, Ferrara, Lecce, Verona. Present in various Modern and Contemporary Art Fairs, including Padova Arte, ExpoArte in Bari, Artisti in Mostra in Parma, Artexpo in New York, Arte Salerno. Numerous prizes and awards. His works appear in public and private collections, as well as being published several times in catalogs and contemporary art magazines. Valuable critics have expressed themselves regarding his work.
